All of my flash is repeatable (unless stated otherwise)!
I’m always happy to modify flash to your liking – we can stack and stretch and mirror, invert, change the texture and lightness of fill, and/or edit the design to fit better in your desired placement or around existing tattoos.
You are always allowed to change your mind about design, size, or placement, as long as it can be done in the time we have allotted or split up into multiple sessions.

Customs are one-of-one, but I’m happy to make something similar to past custom work!
I’m open to tattooing found art and images on a case-by-case basis, but I do not tattoo pieces by working contemporary artists.
When booking a custom, describe your vision as specifically as you like. If you include reference images of other artists’ work, please describe how you would like them to inspire our design (e.g. elements you like, color, texture, placement). It also helps if you include multiple pictures (think moodboard/vibe check rather than “I want this specific piece from this other artist”).
I generally do not send custom designs in advance, but we will have plenty of time to make changes during your appointment. You are always allowed to request edits!
If significant edits are required, we will discuss and collaborate on design during the appointment, and then I’ll schedule you in for another session to complete the tattoo.

I require a nonrefundable $50 deposit sent via Venmo or Zelle to confirm your appointment, which will go towards the total cost of your tattoo :) Please be deposit ready when submitting a booking request!
Your deposit will be refunded if I have to cancel our appointment and we can’t find a time to reschedule.
Your deposit will not be refunded, but can be applied to a future tattoo if you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance.
Your deposit will be forfeit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook if you no-show or cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours in advance. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis – if something urgent comes up please let me know!

My minimum quote is $50 and my average quote is around $150-200. I am happy to provide pricing info prior to your appointment!
Factors that go into pricing: size, complexity of design, color (colored inks take longer to poke into the skin than black ink), placement (torso placements are stretchy – a 2-inch tattoo may end up being closer to 3 or 4 inches)
Whenever I can, I’m happy to offer sliding scale appointments, work with budgets, and barter. If this is something you’re interested in, please reach out!
Tips are very appreciated but not at all required. I also appreciate non-monetary tips, especially handmade goods and sweet treats :)

I love trading with other local artists and makers! All I ask is that it’s an ~even exchange of time and resources.
Trades I’m especially interested in: tattoos, handmade clothing/jewelry, candles, ceramics, decor.
Trades I do not accept: energy healing, tarot/astrology (it’s just not my thing!)

This is very dependent on size/placement/the piece itself. I try to include timing info in my Instagram captions (whenever I remember to time myself…) and I’m also happy to provide time estimates, although they may not always be accurate.
A non-exhaustive list of factors that affect timing: design modifications, stenciling, size, placement, color vs. black, how quickly your skin takes ink (hydrated skin = faster tattooing!)
Handpoke is a labor of love! Please do not schedule anything directly after your tattoo :)

I accept booking requests via email: ceruleanbluetattoo at gmail dot com. In your email, please include:
- Design, size (in inches), and placement info
- Budget
- Days of week and times of day you’re generally available (e.g. “I’m usually available on Mondays and Thursdays after 3pm” or “Weekends anytime are best for me”)
We will decide on a date, and then I’ll have you confirm your appointment by sending over the deposit.
Once your appointment is confirmed, I will send you my address, phone number for last-minute communications, and other pre-appointment info!
